Facade of the Year Poland

The comfortable terraced and atrium houses in the Robyg
Jagodno multifunctional housing estate in Wrocław, Poland, won this award in the „New single-family house“ category. The project was created for people who want both: to live in a cosy atmosphere at home and at the same time enjoy the benefits of a big city. For Joanna Chojecka, Sales and Marketing Director at Robyg, this has also been achieved.

A well thought-out arrangement of the buildings and the provision of basic services such as a kindergarten, fitness club and café as well as shops in the settlement area make it possible to combine living with recreation and services. The 182 atrium and 22 terraced houses are located in a more intimate and secluded part of the Robyg Jagodno estate.

The winners were honoured with a special prize – a bronze statue by the famous sculptor Ján Ťapák. A novelty was the public award, in which the public had the opportunity to participate and vote for what they considered to be the best architecture.
