How the facade app works
Simply open the app on your smartphone, take a photo of the desired facade and upload the image. Thanks to artificial intelligence running in the background, the app captures the facade so precisely that you can edit its colour. Right down to the last detail.

Simpler, more sustainable and more accurate. The new mixing system simplifies the entire mixing process. From now on, we can fulfil our customers’ every colour request directly – without all the effort that used to be involved.
The situation before the development of Diessner PEARLS©: Operating a mixing machine on site means that you also have to maintain it. It has to be meticulously cleaned every day and yet the nozzles of little-used shafts regularly become clogged. The pastes thicken or are simply no longer durable after a certain time. Technician visits are expensive, not to mention the associated downtime.
In addition, the pastes commonly available on the market contain up to 70% water. This can significantly reduce the viscosity of the end product, depending on the colour shade. The wetting agents contained in the pastes to stabilise the paste are also much higher than required in the subsequent tints.
Diessner PEARLS© provides smaller retailers in particular with a system that puts an end to these problems. The choice of colours for façades and interiors is now almost unlimited, so everyone can find their favourite shade. It’s great that the realisation is now much easier for fabricators.
The solution: freeze-dried pigment preparations – easy to dose, easy to incorporate and with an almost unlimited shelf life.
Diessner PEARLS© also no longer need to be transported and stored frost-free. Another advantage: the containers empty completely when used. No loss of material and ecologically valuable. Tinting with Diessner PEARLS© is preservative-free and precise, so that even 1 litre containers can be tinted reproducibly.
The end product has no loss of viscosity due to the addition of water and therefore no disadvantages in terms of hiding power, application, weather stability and
mechanical strength.
